WALT: use fronted adverbials

Independent Activities

 

Choose one of the following:

 

 

(Mild) Complete the ‘When did it happen’ and ‘Where did it happen’ Fronted Adverbial sheets

 

 

 

(Spicy)  Rewatch ‘The Lighthouse’ opening (stop at 38 secs) and have a go at writing some sentences included fronted adverbials to describe what you can see

 

 

  (Hot)  Rewatch ‘The Lighthouse’ opening (stop at 38 secs) and complete the storyboard sheet. Can you predict what will happen in the rest of the story? Draw pictures and write accompanying sentences that include fronted adverbials.
