WALT make equal groups
Today’s maths lesson you will be putting your 2s, 5s and 10s knowledge into use!
Watch the video of Miss Hemmings teaching you about equal groups. Make sure you pause to count and check your answers, then you can have a go yourself!
*Please note that tomorrow’s lesson is based on adding equal groups. Number sentences have been shown in the video but this is pre-teaching for tomorrow’s maths lesson.*
If you want to continue practising making equal groups, use objects around your home and have a go at these:
2 equal groups of 10
3 equal groups of 5
6 equal groups of 2
Maybe your grown-up could make different groups of objects for you to check and count!
Choose one activity that you feel the most confident with. The star rating is in the top corner and there are 2 pages for each star rated activity.
