Badminton Finals

We attended the finals last week having won our cluster festival. We had to call up a Year 3 boy to replace an injured child at the last minute. It was great to see how he was not fazed by stepping in and how he was welcomed by the rest of the team. The festival is a skill station format where the aim is to accumulate the most points. Usually the winners of this festival score in the high 800s, low 900s. On this occasion we managed to score a School record of over 1000 points! However due to the high standard of teams at the festival another school outscored us so we finished in Silver medal position. We will go on to represent Milton Keynes in the County festival.
