Mrs Moffatt's daily positive thoughts

"All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them..."

Make a dream catcher and hang it in your bedroom. If you don't have real feathers make some from paper. Check out this website for ideas and instructions

"Rule 1: be nice to others

Rule 2: be nice to yourself"

Today why not do a job around the house or garden to help mum or dad. It could be something as easy as making them a cup of tea, washing up or perhaps tidying your bedroom!

"Keep your face to the sun and you will never see the shadows"

Helen Keller

Hi everyone.

I was in school yesterday and it was lovely to spend the day with the children in holiday club. We did some fun activities which Mrs Cormano has put on Wren's Twitter page, take a look and you might be able to do some of them at home.

It's Easter weekend from tomorrow and the weather is going to be warm and sunny.  If you are looking for things to do, check back over this blog for ideas or maybe try one or two again - you will be even better the second time! Don't forget to try and upload a photograph or send a blog message/email to me as it's lovely to see your achievements and what you have been up to.

Stay safe, remember to keep to social distancing and don't forget your sun cream!

Start planning a treasure hunt for this Easter weekend. It could be for your brothers or sisters or even a bit of fun for your mum or dad. It doesn’t have to be with eggs it could be to find different objects/places in your house or garden. Tip – make some clues easy and some harder. Make each clue lead on to the next one. If you need some ideas there are loads of good ideas on the Internet. Have fun planning and watching it all happen!

Research your family tree. You could speak to parents/grandparents/aunts/uncles on the phone or FaceTime etc for extra information and maybe hear some of their favourite memories. See how far you can go back in history.
