Kingfishers will not be set any homework this week.

We wish all of the children to spend time with their families and getting into the Christmas spirit! We are adding an extension onto the Half Term Topic Homework which will now be due in on Thursday 17th December. I hope to see some of the children on TT Rockstars, and they are always welcome to set challenges with other children and staff.

Maths - Multiplication using the grid method. Please choose your own level and have a go at some of the multiplication questions using the grid method learned in class.

English (Purple Mash) - Use the 2Do task to add a picture of a family member or your favourite character from a book and use prepositions and expanded noun phrases to describe them.

There will be no homework for over the half term break. We ask that the children have a well deserved rest after a fantastic first half term back at school and we look forward to seeing them all again in Autumn 2! 


Each child has been sent home with their TT Rockstar login if they wish to play on the site over the half term and practice their focused times tables. Feel free to challenge Miss Sheard to see if you can beat her!
