Today, inspired by Joe Wicks, we would like you to put together a fitness routine that you could use to put a member of your family through their paces. Have a look at the resources below and use them to help you to plan out your routine. Your routine must have at least 4 different exercises and if you’d like to video it and upload it to your my work folder on Purple Mash we’d love to watch it! There is a set of yoga moves too if you'd prefer to put together a routine that focuses on strength and flexibility.
