FALCONS AT LONGRIGG (Tuesday)
Weather much better today so managed to get out and explore the local waterfall trail. The children also climbed and abseiled in the local quarry.
FALCONS AT LONGRIGG (Monday)
Second day and lots of adventures...Canoeing on Killington Reservoir and walking up Winder and Arrant Haw. Lots of challenges for many and lots of fun and games.
FALCONS AT LONGRIGG (Sunday)
All arrived safely. We have already had an amazing caving experience and swam in the open air pool this evening in the rain! Looking forward to tomorrow...
KESTRELS AT LONGRIGG (Sunday)
Last day but still having a great time. Took a waterfall walk in Ingleton to see some stunning scenery. What a fantastic few days...
KESTRELS AT LONGRIGG (Saturday)
Another wonderful day in the Yorkshire Dales. Weather less than perfect however that did not stop us all from climbing, caving and gorge walking. An evening walk was enjoyed by all around the local village of Ingleton.
KESTRELS AT LONGRIGG (Friday)
Walking up a 'mountain', canoeing at Killington reservoir and swimming in the open air pool were all part of today's activities. All children had a fantastic day and are now happily tucked up in bed for a good nights sleep.

We have settled in well and had a fantastic first day. Today we faced the challenges that caving brings - small holes to crawl through and lots of water!

Shakespeare 4 Kids - Wednesday 25th February 2015
Year 6 are beginning to study 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' by William Shakespeare. They thoroughly enjoyed a performance by actors from Shakespeare 4 Kids.
Parks Trust Visit - Tuesday 24th February 2015
Year 6 enjoyed solving mathematical puzzles involving the natural environment. They used their maths skills and worked very well as teams.
